Carter "Peewee" Edward Lee Reed

Carter “Peewee” Edward Lee Reed, age 2, of Farmington passed away April 12, 2023 at Children’s Hospital in St. Louis. He was born July 3, 2020 in Farmington to Jacob Lee Reed and Challis Chrissa Cunningham. Carter was just learning to talk. He loved playing with hot wheels, dinosaurs and animals of all kinds, but also enjoyed wearing purses and playing barbies with his sisters.

He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Joe Lee “Joey” Reed, Jr. and John Cunningham.

In addition to his parents, Carter is survived by his sister, Kallia Reed; siblings, Alice, Dillon, Joelee and David Hammock; “mommay”, Abigail (Dillon) Hammock; aunts and uncles, Emma Martin (Brandon Arrigo), Kim Reed (Michael Smith), Matthew Allen (Kara Lee), Marina McKee (Aaron Wells), Simon McKee; grandparents, Christina (Shawn) Skaggs, Lisa Cunningham, Daniel Dunlap. Several other aunts, uncles, cousins, family and friends also survive.

Visitation will be held Thursday, April 20, 2023 from 10:00 AM until the time of service at 11:00 AM at the C.Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home – Taylor Chapel in Farmington. Interment will follow at Hillview Memorial Gardens in Farmington.
