Mr. Charles Dean Williams, Sr., passed away Monday morning, Jan. 7, 2008, at The deGreeff Hospice House in St. Louis Co., at the age of 71 years, 11 months & 22 days. Charles was born Jan. 15, 1936, in Doe Run, Mo., and was the son of Joseph Edward Williams & Nora 'Weiss' Williams. Also preceding were : his wife, Elizabeth Adele 'Schmitt' Williams (Aug. 29, 2005); 1 brother, Roger Williams & 1 Granddaughter, Angel Williams.

Charles was a retired Highway Engineer with the State of Missouri and a member of Pendleton Masonic Lodge of Doe Run.

Survivors Include : 2 Sons, Charles D. (& Gina) Williams, Jr., of St. Louis; Kevin W. (& Barbara) Williams, of Old Monroe, MO; 1 Sister, Shirley 'Mrs. Lynn' Montgomery, of Union, MO; 1 Brother, Duwane (& Pat) Williams, of Farmington; 4 Grandchildren: Kevin Williams; Cearra Williams; Shawnna Williams & Amanda Williams. Also, 1 Sister-In-Law, Debbie Williams.

Visitation : starts Thursday @ 5:00 p.m.

Masonic Lodge Services : Thursday @ 7:00 p.m.

Visitation resumes Friday @ 7:00 a.m.

Funeral : Friday, 11:00 a.m., January 11, 2008

at : TAYLOR Funeral Service CHAPEL, with Rev. Rocky Good officiating.

Interment : Weiss Family Cemetery, rural Doe Run
