Mr. Charles Scoggin

Charles Joseph Scoggin of Ironton, MO passed away June 28, 2013 in Crystal City, MO at the age of 83 years. He was born March 25, 1930 in Glover, MO to George and Mary Ellen (Brooks) Scoggin. On February 14, 1954 he was united in marriage to Nettie Marie Hart who preceded him in death on December 21, 2009. To this union five children were born; Mary Lewis (Lambert Thebeau) of DeSoto, MO, Bill (Sally) Scoggin of Bismarck, MO, Carol (Vernon) Montgomery of Ironton, MO, Steve Scoggin of Ironton, MO, and Kathy (Quint) Starkey of Clarksville, MO. Charles is also survived by ten grandchildren, four great grandchildren, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. In addition to his parents and wife, Charles was preceded in death by five brothers; Sam Scoggin, Bill Scoggin, George Scoggin, Don Scoggin, and Jimmy Scoggin and a grandson, Eric Clifton Lewis.
