Charles Williams

Charles "Charlie" E. Williams, age 66 of Bonne Terre passed away January 30, 2015 at Barnes Jewish Hospital. He was born November 9, 1948 in Bonne Terre. He was proceeded in death by his father, Coy Charles Williams Jr. Charlie served in the United State Navy, a veteran of the Vietnam War, he was assigned to the USS Biddle for several years. He was a retiree from Doe Run with 24 years with the company, he most recently worked at Jefferson Mercy in the Maintenance Dept. Charlie loved to hunt and fish but most of all he enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren. Charlie is survived by his mother, Margaret Marcella (Nash) Williams; wife, Evonne (Barron) Williams; children, Bryan (Jennifer) Williams, Dan (Andrea) Williams, Amanda Williams; six grandchildren; two brothers, Gary (Dana) Williams, Billy (Darlene) Williams, and many friends and other relatives. Visitation will be Monday 4 pm to 8 pm at the C.Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home in Bonne Terre. Funeral service will be 11 am Tuesday at the C.Z. Boyer Chapel with Rev Randy Murphy officiating. Interment will follow at Adams Hillcrest Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to American Heart Association.
