Charlotte F Stevens

Charlotte Faye (Turnbough) Stevens of Arnold, was born July 26, 1941 in Courtois, to the late William and Bessie (Medley) Oliver and passed away at St. Clare Hospital in Fenton, on Saturday, January 3, 2015, at the age of 73. Charlotte was united in marriage to Robert D. "Bob" Turnbough in 1958 and to this union, 3 children were born. She was then united in marriage to Richard Stevens in 2006. Charlotte loved the Lord, her husband, and her family. She also loved the bible studies, in her home with her husband, since she was unable to attend church for some time. She also loved cooking in her earlier years. She is preceded in death by her parents; first husband; son, Roger Turnbough; brother, Billy J. Oliver; sister and brother in-law, Marie and Ralph Bell; another brother in-law, Dallas Propst. Charlotte is survived by her husband, Richard Stevens; children, Robert D. Turnbough of the home, Deborah (Vince) Burke of New Hampshire; grandchildren, Milissa, Katie, and Sara Burke, all of New Hampshire, and Jacob Turnbough of Arnold; step-children, Joe Cooper and Ronald Simmons of St. Clair, Donna Taylor of O'Fallon, and Angel (Christopher) Reed of Union; step-granddaughter, Crystal Reed; sisters, Alta (James) Peterman of Farmington, Wanda (Larry) Bridgeman of Cuba, Earlene Propst of Bismarck; sister in-law, Delphia (Oliver) Bridgeman of Cuba; a special aunt, Hallie Gregory of Cuba; several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. She will be greatly missed by all that knew her. A visitation will be held at C.Z. Boyer and Son Funeral Home in Desloge, Thursday, January 8, 2015 at 11:00 AM with a service following immediately at 1:00 PM. Reverend John Ripley will be officiating with Rev.
