Charlotte "Cheri" Turner

Charlotte "Cheri" Marie Turner of Ironton, Missouri passed away on June 14, 2015 in Ironton, Missouri at the age of 52 years. She was born on November 18, 1962 in Decatur, Georgia the daughter of the late Daniel Holden and Kay (Pinkley) Vandiver of Ironton, Missouri. Cheri is survived by her mother, Kay Vandiver of Ironton, Missouri, one sister; Patricia Thomure of Farmington, Missouri, one nephew; Cory and wife Heather Thomure of Farmington, Missouri, two nieces; Kayla and husband Adam Cureton of Desloge, Missouri and Jamie Lynn Dotson of Farmington, Missouri; great-niece Adilyn Thomure and great-nephews Aiden Cureton, Gavin Dotson and Jace Dean Petty as well as a host of other relatives and many friends. Cheri worked in the Bakery/Deli Department at Publix Grocery store for 17 years when she lived in Florida. After moving to Missouri she worked at The Baptist Home in food services. The family is planning a memorial service at a later date. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
