Christopher Lee Sisk

Christopher Lee Sisk of Pilot Knob, Missouri passed away June 20, 2015 in St. Louis, Missouri at the age of 30 years. He was born October 14, 1984 in Fredericktown, Missouri the son of Larry Sisk of Annapolis, Missouri and the late Frances (Whited) Sisk. Chris is survived by a daughter, Alyssa Sisk of Belgrade, Missouri, a brother; Elliot Sisk and wife Cassie of Annapolis, Missouri, two sisters; Esther Shaw of Annapolis, Missouri and Kim Price and husband, Kyle of Ironton, Missouri. He is also survived by four nieces; Talia, Gracelynn, Carrigan and Anniston and three nephews; Sam, Little Elliot, and Ezekiel. Chris was a 2004 graduate of South Iron High School. He was employed by Camelot Nursing Center in Farmington, Missouri.
