Clifford Dwayne "Click" Owens of Lesterville, MO passed away February 20, 2015 in Bridgeton, MO at the age of 63 years. He was born April 19, 1951 in Belgrade, MO the son of the late Clifford William and Delores Irene (Warden) Owens of Potosi, MO. On May 18, 1989 he was united in marriage to Donna Garrison who survives. Click is survived by four children; Nicole Gannon and husband, Shane of Banner, MO, Shawn Owens of Bonne Terre, MO, Kelly Dement and husband Curt of Bonne Terre, MO, and Stacey Hunt and husband Kevin of Bell City, MO. Also surviving is his mother Delores Irene (Warden) Owens of Potosi, MO; sister, Kay McCarty of Potosi, MO, and grandchildren; Leslie Britton, Preston Owens, Payton Owens, Kylie DeMent, Hannah DeMent, McKayla Hunt, and Austin Hunt as well as a host of aunts, uncles, brother and sister-in-laws, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many, many friends. Click was preceded in death by his father, Clifford William Owens, his brother, Michael Owens, and his in-laws, Melvin and Audrey Garrison Click proudly served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. He was a member of VFW Post 6660 in Lesterville, MO. Click served as an Iron County Deputy Sheriff from 1978 – 1986. He then went to work at the Missouri Department of Corrections where he served as a Functional Unit Manager until his retirement in 2012. Click enjoyed riding horses, hunting, fishing, spending time with his family, and stirring up trouble with his grandchildren. He attended Fellowship Baptist Church in Lesterville.
