Clyde F. Hahn

Clyde F. Hahn, age 90, of Desloge, Missouri passed away February 23, 2011 at his residence. He was born September 28, 1920 in Perryville, Missouri to the late John H. and Garnetta (Comte) Hahn.He was a member of the Immaculate Conception Church; Knights of Columbus #11882; Cardinal Glennon Assembly 4th Degree; St. Vincent DePaul Food Pantry ; Charter Member and past Treasurer of Region 18 Day Lily Society; was a member for many years of the Mineral Area Iris Society and past President of SEMO Iris Society. He served his country in the United States Marines, during WW II.He was preceded by his parents; his son, Kevin Hahn; three sisters, Lulu Hahn, Helen Hahn, and Mary Rowe; one brother, Earl Hahn.Clyde is survived by his wife of 66 years, Anna E. (Mueller) Hahn of Desloge; sons, Mike Hahn of St. Louis, and Dennis Hahn and wife Freida of Poplar Bluff; daughter, Jane Ripplinger and husband Doug of St. Louis; daughter-in-law, Naomi Hahn of Dittmer; eight grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; brothers, Gilbert Hahn of Swampscott, Massachusetts, Charles Hahn of St. Louis; sisters Pearl Roux of Desloge and Rita Vallo of Bonne Terre.Visitation is 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM Friday, February 25, 2011, at C. Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home in Desloge. Prayer service is 8:00 PM Friday. Funeral Mass is 10:00 AM Saturday, February 26, 2011 at the Immaculate Conception Church in Park Hills with Rev. Jim French and Rev. Mark Ebert officiating.
