Dale A. Meyer, Sr.

Mr. Dale A. Meyer, Sr., of Farmington, passed away Friday afternoon, April 6, 2016, at his Farmington residence, at the age of 76 years, 8 months & 28 days. Dale was born Aug. 8, 1939, in St. Louis, and was the son of Anthony Joseph Meyer and Verna Beatrice 'Murray' Meyer.

Dale was a US ARMY Veteran and a member of IBEW. Dale worked for 40 years for AMEREN as a Senior Estimator. He was married to Jane 'Morrow' Meyer in Sept. 1958. Dale was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church of Farmington.

Survivors Include : his wife of 57 years, Jane 'Morrow' Meyer, of Farmington. 5 children: Dale A. (& Jacquie) Meyer, of Wyoming; Denise (& Donald) Anderson, of Farmington; Jeffrey (& Mendy) Meyer, of DeSoto; Jill (& Timothy) Cowin, of St. Louis, and Teresa (& John) Brown, of Sanford, FL. One sister, Judy (& John) Staggenborg, of Imperial, MO. Also surviving are 16 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren & 1 great-grandchild on the way.

Visitation Resumes : Tuesday, 6:30 - 9:30 a.m. @ TAYLOR Funeral CHAPEL

Funeral Mass : Tuesday, 10:00 a.m.

at : St. Joseph Catholic Church, Farmington, with Fr. James Dyer officiating

Burial With FULL MILITARY HONORS @ New Calvary Cemetery, Farmington
