Danette Lorraine Hamby

Danette Lorraine Hamby of Annapolis, Missouri passed away in Farmington, Missouri on January 17, 2025 at the age of 82 years. She was born December 20, 1942 in Crystal City, Missouri the daughter of the late Daniel and Lorraine (Magre) Reece. On January 5, 1963 she was united in marriage to Anthony A. Hamby who survives. They were married for sixty-two years and are the parents of two sons: Tony Hamby and wife, Phyllis of Annapolis, Missouri and Andrew Hamby and wife, Aimee of Tyler, Texas. Six grandchildren and six great grandchildren also survive as well as her sister: Daniece Fewins and husband, John of Annapolis, Missouri. In her younger years, Danette and Anthony enjoyed being on the go and they loved being on the water. They enjoyed boating and kept a boat at Table Rock Lake for many years. Danette also enjoyed hiking, antique shopping and shopping of all kinds. Thursday was her day off and known to be her "shopping day" with her friends.
