Dani Dae Wake

Dani Dae Wake of Park Hills, Missouri passed away May 27, 2016 at Mercy Jefferson Hospital at the age of 64 years. She was born April 27, 1952 in Hannibal, Missouri the daughter of the late Arthur and Myrtle Belle (Corder) Hughs. Dani is survived by her two daughters; Melissa and husband Aaron Bernard of Ocean Springs, Mississippi and Regena Hoffman and fiancé Matthew Rayfield of Desloge, Missouri. Dani is also survived by her sister Nicki Rae and husband Mark Maddalena of St. Petersburg, Florida, six grandchildren; Christopher Bernard, Caeleighn Bernard, Breanna Hoffman, Dreston Hoffman, Riley Rayfield, and Tayler Rayfield, her sister-in-law, Peggy Dungan of Hannibal, Missouri and her former husband and friend, Thomas Wake, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Dani was preceded in death by her sister, Iris Mae Dungan and her brother, Larry Dale Dungan. Dani was a 1997 graduate of the Mineral Area College School of Nursing from which she received her LPN.
