Danny Lee Parson Jr.

Danny Lee Parson Jr., age 53 of Lodi, Missouri passed away on Friday, May 3, 2024, at the Landmark Hospital in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. He was born on August 18, 1970, in Marble Hill, Missouri to Danny Lee Sr. and Arbetta Marie (Barber) Parson who survive in Lodi.

Other survivors include: one sister & brother-in-law – Lisa & Julius Kemp of Fredericktown; four grandchildren – Jensen Dean Shafer, Letty Lee Braton, Josie Loreen Parson, and Laelah Bri Parson; niece – Alicia Maples; great nephew – Christian Deonas; uncle – Roney Parson and aunt – Naomi (Rick) Bellew.

He is preceded in death by his son, Danny "LJ" Lee Parson III.

Danny worked with his father in the logging business; he enjoyed watching TV, and loved being outdoors hunting, four-wheeling, and farming, but his greatest joy was spending time with his grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 12:30 – 2:00 p.m., on Monday, May 6, 2024, at Wilson Funeral Home in Fredericktown, Missouri.

Graveside services will be held at 2:30 p.m., on Monday, May 6, 2024, at Mt. Pisgah Cemetery near Fredericktown with Pastor Gene Rauls officiating.
