Listen to Obituary

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Deborah “Debbie” Ann Rinkenberger, who went on to Heaven on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, at the age of 62. Born on Saturday, July 11, 1964, in Crystal City, MO, to the late William “Bill” Eugene and Edna “Rosie” Rosalee (Pinnell) Campfield. Debbie lived a life filled with love and friendships, ultimately calling Shiloh, Illinois, her home for the last 3 years of her life.

Debbie is preceded in death by her parents, William “Bill” Eugene and Edna “Rosie” Rosalee (Pinnell) Campfield; many aunts and uncles; her godparents, Betty and Stanley Campfield; her first husband, James “Jamie” Pyatt; 3 unborn children; and her husband, Robert “Ed” Edwin Rinkenberger Jr.

Debbie was a devoted mother to her daughter, Cassie Perdue and wife, Kayla, whom she loved very much. She was known as Momma Debbie to many people including Rhiannon Losh (Joe Kelley), Nick Miller, Brittany Stacey (Bryan Posten), Lacey (Josh) Neeley, Meghan Yankowskas and Ryan Chiu, Logan Wilkerson, Kay Lee, Camden Shiloh O Rinn (Alex Hughes) Ashley Rolett (Jacob Brown), Meagan Willis (Alex Lawson), Kate Losh (Justin Thompson) and Amanda (Angelo) Bedrosian. A very special couple with whom she considered her adopted parents, Pat and Cathy DiBello. She was known as Grandma Debbie to Jordan Cole and Roan Hopkins. She was Super Debbie to Charlie, Jorgia, and Sabastian Losh. Each of these young lives was touched by her unconditional love and a gentle spirit. Debbie is also survived by a cousin who was more like a sister than a cousin, Becky (Lloyd) Danback and two other close friends who were more like sisters, Sharon Losh and Julie Wilkerson.

Debbie found comfort in listening to some of her favorite novels by Nora Roberts and Frieda McFadden. She enjoyed listening to meditations at night before bed, spending time outside in her rocking chair sitting with Memphis or even listening to puppy music with him. She always loved going on family day trips, where adventure, fun, and laughter were never ending. Her love was unwavering for her beloved dog, Memphis, grand pups, Jetson and Melody, along with her grand pony, Fiora, who will all miss her terribly.
