Delbert Leland Roberts

Delbert Leland Roberts, age 73 of Fredericktown, Missouri passed away on Saturday, November 16, 2024, at St. Francis Hospital in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. He was born on February 20, 1951, in Taneyville, Missouri.

On July 28, 2003, in Madison County he was united in marriage to Jodi Dorton, she survives at the home.

Other survivors include his two children – Delbert Ashel (Jillian) Roberts and Rhonda (Paul) Freiheit both of Fredericktown; one brother – Johnathan Roberts; one sister – Arlene Lee; four grandchildren – Ryan West, Isabella Stephens, Gracie Roberts and Jedidiah Roberts; two great grandchildren – Saylor West and Cooper West.

Delbert was a retired crane operator for Doe Run Lead Company; he enjoyed being outdoors hunting, fishing, and mushroom hunting; he loved cooking and gardening, but most of all he loved his family and was a great provider for his wife and children.

Visitation will be from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m., on Wednesday, November 20, 2024, at Wilson Funeral Home in Fredericktown.

Interment may be at a later date.
