Delena “Faith” Light of Ironton, Missouri passed away on October 13, 2021, at the age of 60 years. She was born on August 15, 1961, to the late Thomas and Gladys (Gaston) Owens. On June 17, 1977, she was united in marriage to Delmar “Paul” Light, Sr. who survives and resides in Ironton, Missouri. Faith is survived by her son, Delmar Paul Light, Jr of Ironton, Missouri; her sisters: Cynthia Keller of Fults, Illinois; Terrie Azevedo of Niceville, Florida; Hope Thomlinson of Farmington, Missouri; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends. Faith was preceded in death by two brothers: Michael Reeves and Matthew Harer and two sisters: Charity Alexander and Michelle Harer. Faith worked over the years in various restaurants as a wonderful cook. She was a crafter and loved to create all kinds of crafts, especially for Christmas. She volunteered for various projects in the community and enjoyed helping others. She was frequently seen at “Pickin on the Square” where she often brought coffee and cookies for the pickers. She will be greatly missed by all. FACE MASKS WILL BE REQUIRED TO ENTER THE BUILDING FOR VISITATION OR THE FUNERAL AT THE FAMILY’S REQUEST. PLEASE RESPECT THEIR REQUEST. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, October 16, 2021, at 1:00 P.M. from Bryson Funeral Home Chapel with Cody Harbison officiating. Visitation will be prior to the service beginning at 11:00 A.M. Interment will be in Caledonia Methodist Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Caledonia Methodist Cemetery or to Faith’s family.
