Dionna Bernice Elser

Dionna Bernice Elser of Arcadia, MO passed away December 19, 2013 at her residence at the age of 47 years. She was born December 9, 1966 in Fort Scott, Kansas the daughter of Keith and EvaGene (Haes) Franklin. On September 24, 1993 she was united in marriage to Carl Elser who survives. Also surviving is her father, Keith Franklin of Arcadia, MO; her children, Tiffany and husband Matt Brandel of Arcadia, MO, Carli and husband Mike Savage of Pilot Knob, MO, and Tiffanie Ray Elser of Bonne Terre, MO; three grandsons, Camden Brandel, Trenton Brandel, and Rayce Savage; her sister, Dixie Franklin of Valley Park, MO, her mother-in-law, Margaret Elser of Fredericktown, MO as well as a host of other relatives and many friends. Dionna was preceded in death by her mother, EvaGene (Haes) Franklin. Dionna graduated from Arcadia Valley High School in 1985.
