Donald Wenford Hill, age 87 passed away on Saturday, May 27, 2017 at his home in Farmington, Missouri. He was born on December 26, 1929 in Lowndes, Missouri, a son of Edgar Curtis and Myrtle Miranda (Doris) Hill.  In 1960 he was united in marriage to Wanda Moore, she preceded him in death on March 2, 2016. Also preceding him are his parents and brothers - Oran, Raymond, Ivan, Wayne and infants Billy and Orville Hill; sisters - Edith Shoemake, Maude Mueller and Virgie Young.      He is survived by: one son - Donald Lee Hill of Farmington; one daughter - Donna Leftridge of Festus, Missouri; five grandchildren - Jeremy and Scott Leftridge, Jessica, Doug (Ashley) and Tim (Ashley) Hill and one great-granddaughter - Kinley Hill and numerous nieces and nephews.      Donald was a United States Army Veteran, he was a 32nd degree member of the Masonic Lodge #119 in DeSoto, Missouri and also a member of the Farmington VFW Post #5896; he had retired from Complete Auto Transit in St. Louis; he was an avid Cardinals fan and enjoying working on cars.      Visitation will be from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m., on Tuesday, May 30, 2017 at Wilson Funeral Home in Fredericktown with VFW services at 6:30 p.m., and Masonic services at 6:45 p.m.also on Tuesday.  Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., on Wednesday, May 31, 2017 at Wilson Funeral Home with Pastor Bob Webb officiating.  Internment will be at the Silver Point Cemetery Womack, Missouri .       Memorial Contributions are suggested to the Farmington VFW Post #5896 or the DeSoto Masonic Lodge #119.  Condolences may be posted on this website.
