Donald "Sonny" Lee Kocher

Donald Lee “Sonny” Kocher, 89, of Farmington passed away peacefully at his residence in Farmington on April 29, 2019.  He was born May 1, 1929, in Weingarten, to the late George and Mary (Thomas) Kocher.  He was preceded in death by three sisters, LaDon Howard, Doris Thomas and Betty Silvey.

Sonny is survived by his wife, Mary (Huie) Kocher; sons, Bradley (Carol) Kocher, Charles “Chuck” (Gail) Kocher, Brian (Velma) Kocher, and Chistopher (fiancé, Shauna) Kocher; grandchildren, Kyle (Melissa) Kocher, Kelsey (Dean) Mather, Cody (Shannon) Walker, Nathan (Stevie) Kocher, Kelli Jo (Cougar) Knickerbocker, and Kayla Kocher; and seven great-grandchildren; brother-in-law, Thomas (Bonnie) Huie.

Visitation will be held at the C.Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home - Taylor Chapel in Farmington, Friday, May 3, 2019 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 4 at 10:00 AM with Rev. Fred Killian officiating.  Interment will follow at Hillview Cemetery in Farmington.  Memorials may be made to Genevieve Baptist Church Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of C.Z.
