Donna Rae Womble

Donna Rae Womble of Ironton, Missouri passed away at her home on October 6, 2024, at the age of 78 years. She was born January 13, 1946, in Ironton, Missouri the daughter of the late Ray and Ruth (Lewis) Harris Ricketts. On August 27, 1966, she was united in marriage to William Raymond Womble who proceeded her in death on June 24, 2020. To this union two sons were born: Timothy Shawn Womble and wife, Michelle of Farmington, Missouri and Craig Ross Womble of Middlebrook, Missouri. In addition to her sons, Donna is survived by her sister, Dottie Goodman and husband, Dean of St. Louis, Missouri, her grandson: Tyler Womble and two step grandchildren: Ashley Kloth and Craig LaChance as well as several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Donna was a 1964 graduate of Ironton High School. She attended Southeast Missouri State University and then she went on to school to become a legal secretary.
