Dwain Qualls, 62, of Desloge passed away February 14, 2016 at his residence. He was born October 19, 1953 in Bonne Terre.
Dwain is preceded in death by his father, Howard Dean Qualls.
Dwain was a retired Prudential Insurance Agent. He volunteered as a hunter education teacher for the Missouri Dept. of Conservation for 27 years. He loved to hunt, fish, or just being outdoors. He was known as an avid bow hunter and enjoyed teaching the sport to others. He was a former Desloge Jaycee, and a former volunteer and leadership board member of the Desloge Community Baseball league.
Dwain is survived by his wife, Barb (Edwards) Qualls; son, Derek (Dawn) Qualls; granddaughter, Riley Qualls; step granddaughters, Mackenzie and Bailey Shields; mother, Evelyn (Coppedge) Qualls; sister, Linda (Keith) Rawson; several special nieces and nephews and numerous very special friends also survive.
Visitation will be Sunday February 28, 2016 from 12 pm until time of the memorial service at 2 pm at C.Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home in Desloge with Pastor Mark Sutton officiating and assisted by Kent Mathes.
