Mr. Earl A. Bannister passed away April 7, 2003, in Farmington, at the age of 81 years, 2 months & 21 days. Earl was born Jan. 16, 1922, in Cantwell, Mo., to Clarence H. & Lily 'Buff' Bannister. Also pre-ceding were: 1 Son, Thomas Earl Bannister (Nov. 1991); 1 Daughter, Linda Bannister Meyer Whitten (Feb. 2001); 1 Brother, Roy Bannister; Sisters: Golda Clark; Christine Hardy & Lucy Foshee. Earl was: * a US Air Force Veteran of WWII; * 50-year member, Elvins Ionic Masonic Lodge; * member, Shriners, St. Louis Moolah Temple; * Farmington ELKS; & * Desloge Methodist Church. SURVIVORS: WIFE, Alberta 'Thomasson' Bannister, Farmington. DAUGHTER: Barb Oder, Farmington; Daughter-In-Law, Bess Ann Bannister, Farmington. Son-In-Law: Fred Whitten, San Antonio, TX. 3 SISTERS: Ruth Holloway, Poplar Bluff, MO; Erma Cook, Park Hills; Bessie 'Mrs. Claude' Sheppard, Tampa, FL; BROTHERS: Jerry (& Velma) Bannister, Bonne Terre; Ronald Dean (& Marilyn) Bannister, Desloge; 4 GRANDCHILDREN: Aaron (& Sara) Bannister, Farmington; Heather (Mrs. Douglas) Botkin, Farmington; Diannah (Mrs. Jeffrey) White, Kansas City, MO. & Leigh (Mrs. Ken) Anderson, Noblesville, IN. 4 GREAT-GRANDCHILDREN: Deegan Bannister; Braden Botkin; Kaylee Anderson & Jenna Lea White.
