Mrs. Edith Grace Scott Williams passed away Sept. 28, 2002, at her Farmington Presbyterian Manor residence at the age of 89 years, & 3 days. She was born Sept. 25, 1913, in Lawrenceton, MO, to John Wesley Patterson & Clara 'Thurman' Patterson. She was also preceded-in-death by: her 1st husband, James Roy Scott (1983); 2nd husband, Donald L. Williams (1997); 5 Sisters: Martha Hurt; Mae Drier; Maude Janis; Mamie Thomlison & Myrtle Pinkston; 5 Brothers: John Patterson; Fred Patterson; Neuman Patterson; Jesse Patterson, & 1, in-infancy. Edith was a member of The Chestnut Ridge Baptist Church Survivors Include: 1 DAUGHTER, Linda 'Mrs. Preston' Hunt, Jr., of Farmington; 1 SON: Gary W. (& Vicki) Scott, of Farmington; 1 BROTHER: Bill (& Ann) Patterson, of St. Louis; 2 GRANDCHILDREN: Brian (& Jacqueline) Hunt, of Arnold, MO; Diane (Mrs. Thomas) Waller, of Farmington; 2 GREAT-GRANDCHILDREN: Tanner "T. J." Waller, of Farmington & Joshua Hunt, of Arnold, MO. Visitation Monday, 4-9 p.m., Resuming Tuesday, 7:00 a.m., & funeral Tuesday, 10:00 a.m., October 1, 2002, at TAYLOR Funeral Service CHAPEL, Farmington, with Rev. Rich White officiating. Interment following at Chesnut Ridge Cemetery, Ste. Genevieve Co. Memorials to: Chestnut Ridge Cemetery Maintenance Fund.
