Edith Rion

Ms. Edith Rion passed away Wednesday, June 7, 2006, at National Health Care Nursing Home, Hendersonville, Tennessee, at the age of 99 years, 5 months & 10 days. Edith was born December 27, 1906, in Madison County, Missouri, & was the daughter of Oscar & Bertha 'Wood' Rion. Also preceding-in-death were: 2 Sisters: Lorene Crites & Martha Kennon. 2 Brothers: Milton & Firman Rion.

Edith was a member of the Concord, California, Presbyterian Church. She was a former School Teacher & taught at the Barton School for many years.

Survivors Include: 1 Brother, Ivan (& Kathleen) Rion, of Hendersonville, Tennessee; numerous Nieces; Nephews; other Relatives & Friends.

Visitation: Friday, 6-8 pm. Visitation resumes Saturday, 7-8:30 am

Graveside Service: Saturday, 9:30 am
