Edna Jones

Edna Jones, 93, of Bonne Terre, Missouri passed away Wednesday, March 15, 2023, at Mercy Jefferson Hospital in Festus, Missouri.  She was born Friday, February 14, 1930, in Belleview, Missouri to the late Charles “Dink” Leslie and Florence Augusta (Jones) Jones.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 70 years, Charles Raymond Jones; her parents and siblings, Wilford Jones, Paul Jones, Nelda Hatridge, Helen Latham, Hilda Miller, Otis Jones, Oscar Jones, Donna Fischer and Nancy Erickson.

Edna is survived by her loving children, Greg Jones, Diane (Michael) Heine, Tom Jones, Faye (Scott) Becker, Carol Jones, Mike (Brenda) Jones and Teresa Jones; grandchildren, Anthony Heine, Cindy Neary, Sam Jones, Clara Jones, Naomi Becker, Carrie Parrish, John Becker and Sara Jones; 11 great-grandchildren, Michael, Reagan, Nolan, Karah, Grace, Violet, Corbyn, Caydence, Isabella, Nolan and Patrick; brother, David Jones; sisters, Dorothy Morris and Anna Ward along with many nieces, nephews, friends and family.

Edna was a beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother and she will be dearly missed.

A graveside service will be held at Hillview Memorial Gardens in Farmington, Missouri on Monday, March 20, 2023 at 1:00 PM with Bob Webb officiating with internment to follow.
