Edward Elmo King

Mr. Edward Elmo King passed away Friday evening, March 22, 2013, at the Country Meadows Nursing & Rehab Center in Park Hills, at the age of 95 years, 7 months & 14 days. Edward was born on July 8, 1917, in Iron County, MO., & was the son of William Thomas King & Pearl M. 'Hickman' King. Also preceding-in-death was his wife, Elvie Lorine 'Miller' King (2002); 1 sister, Wilma Louella, in-infancy; a brother, Carter King; a grandson, Dwayne Finch; a son-in-law, James Finch, a sister-in-law, Glenda King and a brother-in-law, James Helton.

Edward attended Farmington First Assembly of God Church.

Survivors Include : his children - Donald L. (& Marilyn) King, of Farmington; Louise (& Ray) Caringer, of Highlandville, MO; Mary Finch, of Farmington; Wm. Edward (& Jan) King, of Poplar Bluff & Linda Clinger, of Arcadia. 1 Sister, Oberia Helton, of Farmington. 2 Brothers: Orville King, of Farmington, and Curtis (& Betty) King, of Farmington. 14 Grandchildren; 27 Great-Grandchildren; 6 Great, Great-Grandchildren; numerous Nieces & Nephews.

Visitation : Monday, 5-8 p.m. Visitation resumes, Tuesday @ 6:30 a.m.

Funeral : Tuesday, 11:00 a.m., March 26, 2013

at : TAYLOR Funeral Service CHAPEL, with Rev. Hugh Cerutti, Rev. Joseph Kochis & Pastor Kevin Davis officiating.

Interment follows at : Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Ste. Genevieve County
