Edward M. Moyers

Mr. Edward M. Moyers passed away on Saturday, March 29, 2003, at the Monticello House Nursing Home, in Jackson, MO., at the age of 80 years, 4 months & 1 day. Edward was born Nov. 28, 1922, in Marquand, MO., to Henry Juan Moyers & Emma Dora 'Davenport' Moyers. Also preceding was his wife, Virginia M. 'Jackson' Moyers, (Feb. 21, 1998); 6 Sisters: Minnie Aslinger; Clara Clubb; Myrtle Long; Nona Green; Bertha Farmer & Etta Henson. Also, 3 Brothers: Ira Moyers; Henry Moyers & Rayford Moyers. Edward was a former member of Full Gospel Tabernacle in Esther, MO. Survivors Include Several Nieces; Nephews; Great-Nieces & Great-Nephews. Visitation Monday, 4-8 p.m., resuming Tuesday at 7 am, & funeral Tuesday, 11 am, April 1, 2003, at TAYLOR Funeral Service CHAPEL, Farmington, with Rev. Vernon Long officiating. Interment at New Marcus Memorial Cemetery in Fredericktown, Missouri. Memorials to: * Gideon's International &/or Donor's Choice.
