Edward Keith Moyers

Edward Keith Moyers "Ed", passed away on Thursday, January 7, 2021 at his home in Fredericktown, Missouri. He was born on December 19, 1944 in Fredericktown to Harry Eugene and Edna Leola (McDaniel) Moyers. On September 30, 1989 he was united in marriage to Theresa Elaine Walton, she survives in Fredericktown. Other survivors include: four daughters – Denise (Dennis) Kinkead of Libertyville, Cathy & Gabe Swinford of Fredericktown, Elizabeth Moyers of Fredericktown and Casey (Joel) Miller of Kansas City, Kansas; one son – Coty (Codi) Moyers of Desloge, Missouri; one brother – Harry (Sandra) Moyers Jr. of Fredericktown; two sisters – Delores (Bill) Pogue of Fredericktown and Grace (William H.) Thomas of Fredericktown; eleven grandchildren with one arriving March 2, 2021 and five great grandchildren. Besides his parents he is preceded in death by four sisters. Ed was a United States Navy Veteran, he worked as a pipe fitter for Chrysler, Union 136 in St. Louis and enjoyed fishing, hunting, watching college football and was a St. Louis Cardinals fan, but most of all enjoyed the time spent with his family. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m., on Sunday, January 10, 2021 at Wilson Funeral Home in Fredericktown. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., also on Sunday, January 10, 2021 at Wilson Funeral Home with Bro. Doyle Williamson and Bro. Gene Proffer officiating. Interment will be in the Christian Cemetery in Fredericktown. Condolences may be posted on this website.
