Effie Kathleen Mattingly

Mrs. Effie Kathleen Mattingly passed away early Tuesday morning, May 9, 2006, at Mineral Area Regional Medical Center, Farmington. Effie was 84 years, 3 months & 12 days of age. She was born in Flat River, MO., on Jan. 27, 1922, & was the daughter of Charles & Mary Ellen 'Smith' Mackley. Also preceding-in-death were: her husband, William Firman Mattingly (1979); 2 Daughters: Joyce Paulette Mattingly, in-infancy & Theresa Kay Mattingly (1981); 1 Sister, Blanche LaChance & 4 Brothers: Paul; Joseph; Ira & Roy Mackley.

Effie was a member of the First Church of God of Farmington.

Survivors Include: 1 Son, Tim (& Betha) Mattingly, of Farmington; 2 Grandchildren: Christina Mattingly & J. W. Mattingly. Also, several Nieces; Nephews; other Relatives & Friends.

Visitation: Wednesday, starting @ 5:00 p.m. Visitation resumes Thursday, 7:00 a.m.

Funeral: Thursday, 2:00 p.m., May 11, 2006, with Rev. Donn Adamson officiating.
