Elizabeth Jane Francis, age 84, of Ironton, Missouri, (formerly of Fredericktown, Missouri) passed away on Sunday, February 2, 2025, at Parkland Health Center on Farmington, Missouri. She was born on February 12, 1940, in Ste. Genevieve, Missouri to Henry Jacob and Viola AnnMae (Howard) Kloepper.
   
  
She is survived by her three children – Dale (Jeannie) Baudendistel of Silva, Missouri, Vicky (Tim) Ferkel of Bonne Terre, Missouri and Mary (Sam) Baker of Lowndes, Missouri; brother – Michael Kloepper; grandchildren – Joshua Baudendistel, Sharon Baker, Mary Martin and Sarah Isaac and six great grandchildren.
   
  
Elizabeth had worked as a waitress at the Longhorn Steak House in Cherokee Pass; she collected clocks and loved music, she was lead singer and played the guitar with the Ozark Drifters; most of all she loved her family and spending time with them and her church family where she was a member at the New Life Apostolic Church in Arcadia, Missouri.
   
  
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by two brothers – Henry and Kenneth Kloepper and four sisters – Evelyn McGowen, Charlotte Wolk, Alice Grisham and Barbara Kloepper; great granddaughter – Libby Ann Baudendistel.
   
  
Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m., on Thursday, February 6, 2025, at Wilson Funeral Home in Fredericktown.
   
  
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., also at Wilson Funeral Home in Fredericktown.
   
  
Interment will be at Revelle Cemetery in Cherokee Pass.
