Elizabeth Irene Morgan

Elizabeth Irene Morgan, age 87 of Farmington, Missouri (formerly of Fredericktown, Missouri) passed away on Sunday, May 13, 2018 at the Presbyterian Manor in armington. She was born on January 23, 1931 in St. Louis, Missouri, a daughter of James Anthony and Gladys Irene (Lay) Scavatta. Her parents and one brother precedes her in death. She is survived by four sons - William Morgan, Allen (Julie) Morgan, Christopher (Kelly) Morgan and David (Stephanie) Morgan all of Fredericktown; four daughters – Susan Braswell, Elizabeth "Becky" Chaplin both of Fredericktown, Mary Morgan of Bonne Terre, Missouri and Jean Ann (Terry) Stevens of Fredericktown and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. Elizabeth was a medical transcriptionist with Madison Medical Center in Fredericktown; she enjoyed crossword puzzles, flowers, playing music and spending time with her family. A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m., on Thursday, May 17, 2018 at the Whitener Cemetery in Marquand, Missouri.
