Mrs. Elsie Bernice Migliore passed away on Wednesday morning, February 12, 2003, at Southbrook Skilled Care Nursing Center, in Farmington, at the age of 76 years, 4 months & 28 days. She was born on September 14, 1926, to Fred G. & Jeannette Charlotte 'Owens' Toettcher. Also preceding-in-death were: her husband, Andrew A. Migliore (Nov. 6, 1999) & 1 Brother, Howard Edgar Toettcher. SURVIVORS INCLUDE: 2 SISTERS - Merle Unger, of Farmington & Winifred 'Mrs. William' Piskas, of St. Louis. Also surviving are several Nieces & Nephews. There Will Be NO VISITATION. Private interment took place at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery in St. Louis.
