Eual John Lewis

Eual John Lewis of Ironton, Missouri passed away January 18, 2018 in St. Louis, Missouri at the age of 90 years. He was born February 10, 1927 in Des Arc, Missouri the son of the late Eli and Rella Mae (Robinson) Lewis. Eual married Mary Frances Colyott on August 14, 1948. To this union three children were born; John Lewis and wife, Sandie of Fenton, Missouri, Doug Lewis and wife, Lisa of Fenton, Missouri and Debra Kay West who preceded him in death. Also surviving are his son-in-law, Michael West of Viburnam, nine grandchildren and nine great grandchildren as well as a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Eual was preceded in death by his sister, Ruth Ricketts, and his brothers; Glide Lewis, Clift Lewis, Claude Lewis, Clell Lewis, Vernon Lewis, Phineas Lewis and Elvis Lewis. Eual served his country in the United States Army. He was a rural mail carrier for the United States Postal Service. Eual was a member of the Glover Baptist Church.
