Eva Mae Barton

Eva Mae Barton, 75, of Bonne Terre passed away Sunday, February 26, 2023, at Parkland Health Center in Farmington. Eva was born Friday, January 16, 1948, in Bonne Terre, to the late Virgil A. and Bertha L. (Parks) Gowen.

In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her loving husband, Larry Joe Barton; siblings, Anna (Gowen) Warren-Crady.

Eva is survived by her five loving children; Regina (Mark) Dane, Deborah (Mike) Metcalf, Tina (David) Stokes, Larry (Tonya) Barton, Jr. and Brian Barton; ten grandchildren; James, Andrea, Justin, Brandon, Brittany, Joey, Kevyn, Autumn, Hannah, and Katlyn, along with nine great-grandchildren; brothers, Paul (Darlene) Gowen, and Jerry (Janice) Gowen. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, March 1, 2023, from 10:00 AM until service time of 11:00 AM. at the C.Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home Chapel in Bonne Terre with Pastor Dennis Conway officiating. Interment will follow at Bonne Terre Cemetery.
