Mrs. Evelyn Dorothy 'Herbst' Pautz passed away early Saturday evening, December 22, 2007, at Delmar Gardens West, in Chesterfield, MO., at the age of 76 years, 5 months & 20 days. Evelyn was born on July 2, 1931, in Farmington, and was the daughter of William & Mary Henrietta 'Schrader' Herbst. Also preceding-in-death were: 3 Brothers - Leonard; Marvin & Emmett Herbst.

Evelyn raised all kinds of flowers, loved collecting recipies with over a thousand in her collection on her computer and she collected childrens dishes.

Survivors Include : her husband, Dr. Dudley D. Pautz, of Farmington; 3 Sons: Dr. James (& Naomi) Pautz, of Edmond, Washington; Jeffrey Dean (& Charlotte) Pautz, of Ballwin, MO; Steven Wayne (& Connie) Pautz, of Chesterfield, MO. 1 Sister: Edith 'Mrs. Vincent' Kurtz, of Springfield, MO. Also, 5 Grandchildren: Jennifer, Carina & Connor Pautz, of Ballwin, MO. Evan & Carson Pautz, of Chesterfield, MO.

Visitation : Wednesday, 5-8 p.m. Visitation resumes Thursday, 7 am

Funeral : Thursday, 11:00 a.m., December 27, 2007

at : TAYLOR Funeral Service CHAPEL, with Rev. Jay Lacey officiating.

Interment follows at Lutheran Cemetery, Farmington.
