Evelyn Markham

Evelyn Markham of Ironton, Missouri passed away on January 31, 2025 at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born October 1, 1933 in St. Louis, Missouri the daughter of the late Harrison and Edna May (Smith) Toland. On January 25, 1952 she was united in marriage to John Edward Markham who preceded her in death on July 20, 2016 after sixty-four years of marriage. They were the parents of seven children: Debra Griffin of Knob Lick, Missouri, Richard Markham of Pilot Knob, Missouri, Rena Feller of Park Hills, Missouri, Brian Markham of St. Louis, Missouri, Cheryl King (Albert Parson) of Ironton, Missouri, John Markham (Tammy) of Truesdale, Missouri, and Kimberly Phegley (Rick) of Hogan, Missouri. Evelyn is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren as well as a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
