Fay Ann West

Fay Ann 'Moore' West passed away late Saturday evening, November 5, 2016, in Springfield, Missouri, at the age of 78 years, 3 months & 7 days. Fay was born on July 28, 1938, in St. Louis, MO., & was the daughter of Lloyd David Moore, Sr., and Wilma 'Blum' Moore. Also preceding in death were: 2 brothers - Kenneth Moore & Lloyd David Moore, Jr., and a great-granddaughter, Lydia Fay Bravo.

Fay was a retired RN with Medical Arts Clinic of Farmington. Fay was a longtime member of Farmington First Baptist Church.

Survivors include: 2 daughters - Angela Dow (& Rick) Fahnestock, of Springfield, MO, and Shannon Elaine (& Gary) Bigelow, of Petaluma, CA. 7 grandchildren - Natalie Fahnestock; Whitney (& Tyler) Metcalf; Johnathan (& Tina) Bigelow; Michael (& Belle) Bigelow; Daniel (& Hazel) Bigelow; Ryan and Michelle Bigelow. 10 great-grandchildren - Marshall Franklin Bravo, II; Avery Bravo; Jaxon and Jett Metcalf; Max and Alex Bigelow; Luther Bryan and Kent Logan Bigelow; Jonah and Joshua Bigelow.

Service Arrangements : Visitation Thursday, 12 Noon - 1:00 p.m.

at : Farmington First Baptist Church

Memorial Service : Thursday, 1:00 p.m,., November 10, 2016, with Dr. William C. Miller officiating

Interment following at : Knights-of-Pythias Cemetery - Farmington
