Mrs. Florence E. Bone passed away, Dec. 17, 2005, at MARMC, Farmington, at the age of 89 years, 7 months & 29 days. Florence was the daughter of George W. & Clanzia 'Voil' Hutchinson & born April 8, 1916, in Farmington.. Also preceding-in-death were: her husband, John Melvin Bone (1984); 1 daughter, Barbara Rae Blevins (1997); 1 Sister, Myrtle Leona Hutchinson & 3 Brothers: William; Elmer & Millard Hutchinson.
Florence was: * a Charter Member & Sunday School Teacher at Delassus First Baptist Church; * member, Extension Club; West End Gang; WMU; Farmington BPW; Eastern Star; * former Farmington School Board member for 9 years & mentor program @ Farmington Schools. Former CTA member & President. * Executive-Secretary of the Boot & Shoe Workers Union. Florence was a retired Farmington, Elementary School Teacher
Survivors Include: 2 Daughters: Jane Ann 'Mrs. Tom' Bates, of Farmington; Lorretta Alma Jean 'Mrs. William' Sigler, of Perryville; 1 Nephew raised as a Son: Billy (& Carolyn) Hutchinson, of Farmington; 1 Sister: Alberta "Happy" Bone, of Farmington; 8 Grandchildren: Kim 'Mrs. David' House, of Farmington; Kelley 'Mrs. Tom' Haywood, of Columbia, MO; Kathy Boyer, of Farmington; Gwen 'Mrs. Rob' Zimmerman, of Oregon, IL; William Sigler, Jr., of Chicago, IL; Tammy Sigler, of Perryville; Jennifer 'Mrs. Steve' Elam, of Farmington; Janna 'Mrs. Josh' Hagerty, of Farmington. 12 Great-Grandchildren; 1 Foster-Daughter: Shirley 'Mrs. Jerry' Verdin, of St. Louis. 5 Foster-Grandchildren & a Special Friend & Caregiver: Lillie May, of Farmington. Also surviving are numerous Nieces & Nephews.
Visitation: Monday, 4-9 pm. Visitation Resumes: Tuesday, 7:00 a.m.
Funeral : Tuesday, 11:00 a.m., December 20, 2005
at: TAYLOR Funeral Service CHAPEL with Rev. James Marlar officiating.
Interment: Hillview Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Farmington.
Memorials to: Delassus First Baptist Church Building Fund.
