Floyd "Bud" Wachter

Mr. Floyd Joseph Otto John "Bud" Wachter passed away late Saturday morning, January 5, 2013, at his Golden Living Center residence in Jefferson City, MO., at the age of 91 years, 6 months & 27 days. Floyd was preceded-in-death by his wife, Helen Katherine "Kitty" Wachter on April 3, 2012, and a granddaughter, Kathy Nye.

Floyd was the former Owner/Operator of Wachter Shell Station in Jefferson City. He had been attending the Cornerstone Baptist Church of Jefferson City, Missouri, and was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church of Doe Run.

Survivors Include : 2 daughters - Peggy 'Mrs. Don' Nye, of Doe Run & Sharon Salzwedel, of Jefferson City, MO. 3 Grandchildren: Buffy (& Jeff) Bax; Shawn Nye and Stacy (& Brian) Kadow. 6 Great-Grandchildren: Abigail, Ireland & Eric Bax. Paige (Mrs. Dustin) Czeschin; Austin & Chloe Kadow. Also, 1 Great, Great-Grandson, Remington Czeschin.

Visitation Starts : Wednesday @ 9:30 a.m. at Emmanuel Baptist Church in Doe Run

Funeral : Wednesday, 12 Noon, Janury 9, 2013

at : Emmanuel Baptist Church - Doe Run, MO.

Burial follows at : Doe Run Memorial Park - Doe Run, MO.
