Fran Solomon

           Frances "Fran" Virginia (Stephens) Solomon, 89, of Bonne Terre, passed away Wednesday, September 18, 2019 at her residence surrounded by her loving family.  She was born on Tuesday, June 24, 1930 in St. Louis. Fran was a seamstress and loved making crafts.

           Fran was preceded in death by her mother, Aletha (Adams) Albright; brothers, William, Charles and Carl Stephens.

           Fran is survived by her children, James Boettcher and wife Brenda, Jerry Boettcher and wife Sheila, Rose Mirth and husband Jeff, Diana White and husband Tom and Danny Solomon.   She was known as Granny Franny and Big Grandma to her many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

            There will be a Celebration of Life for friends and family held in Fran’s backyard with burial of cremains next to her favorite apple trees at 12 pm on Saturday, October 26, 2019. Arrangements are under the direction of C.Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home in Bonne Terre. The family wants to thank Serenity hospice for their care and compassion.
