Francis D. Jones

Francis Jones Francis Delano Jones, 66 of De Soto passed away November 4, 2011 at Jefferson Regional Medical Center. He was born April 12, 1945 in De Soto. He proudly served his country in the United States Air Force and was a member of the Silver Springs Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, Clement and Alberta (Turley) Jones. Francis is survived by his wife Donna (Aubuchon) Jones; two sons, James Bryan Jones and wife Elizabeth of Bonne Terre and Robert Ellis Jones of De Soto; grandson, Austin James Jones; brother, Albert (Barbara) Jones of French Village; two sisters, Patricia (Dave) Altermatt and Roberta (Wayne) Young all of the state of Georgia. Visitation will be Saturday, November 5, 2011 from 5 PM until 9 PM at the C. Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home in Bonne Terre. Service will be Sunday at 1 PM at the C. Z. Boyer & Son Chapel with Rev. Roy Kaylor officiating. Burial will follow at Carson Hill Cemetery in Mill Spring. Memorials may be made to the Silver Springs Baptist Church Building Fund.
