Frank Higgins

Francis "Frank" L. Higgins, 62, of Desloge passed away December 23, 2014. He was born January 2, 1952 in Crystal City. Frank was a hardworking man who loved racing and working on cars. He also had a great love for his family, especially his children and grandsons. He was preceded in death by his parents, Terrence and Ruth (Seabaugh) Higgins and father and mother-in-law, Ralph and Norma Pettus. Frank is survived by his wife, Debbie (Pettus) Higgins; two children, Melissa (Mrs. Chris) Pipkin of Bonne Terre and Nathan Higgins of Park Hills; three grandsons, Zachary, Tyler and Trevor; brother, John Higgins. Several nieces, nephews and other family also survive. Visitation will be Friday, December 26, 2014 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the C. Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home in Bonne Terre. Service will be Saturday at 11:00 AM at the C. Z. Boyer & Son Chapel in Bonne Terre. Interment will follow at Three Rivers Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project.
