Mr. Frank I. Ballard passed away Tuesday, Nov. 30, 2004, at the St. Francois Manor Nursing Home, Farmington, at the age of 92 years, 11 months & 3 days. Frank was born on Dec. 27, 1911, in Libertyville, to James C. Ballard & Elizabeth M. 'Kiepe' Ballard. He was also preceded-in-death by: 1 Brother, Lynn Ballard; 2 Sisters: Genevieve Conrad & Helen Bohs; 1 Niece: Helen 'Conrad' Shearer.

Frank was: * a member of Libertyville United Methodist Church; * a WWII US ARMY-AIR CORPS Veteran; * a lifetime Libertyville Gentleman Farmer who was admired & respected by all who knew him.

Frank was a Beloved Uncle of: Mary 'Conrad' Turner, of Farmington; Betty 'Conrad' Brewer, of Farmington; Loretta 'Ballard' (& Edward) Tawfall, of Carlinville, IL; Mary 'Bohs' Hodge, of Farmington; David Lynn (& Nancy) Ballard, of Farmington; James Charles (& Pat) Ballard, of St. Louis. Also, 15 Great-Nieces & Nephews; 17 Great, Great-Nieces & Nephews.

Visitation starts Thursday, 10 am, Dec. 2nd & funeral Thursday, 2 pm, Dec. 2nd @ TAYLOR Funeral Service CHAPEL, with Rev. Judy Owens Jeffery officiating. Interment follows in Parkview Cemetery, Farmington. Memorials may be made to: * The Libertyville United Methodist Church &/or * The American Heart Association.
