He was born September 19, 1935 in Desloge, Missouri.He worked for St. Joe Lead Company and was a member of the Flat River Church of God.Frankie was preceded by his parents, Lee Rawlins and Mary Bryant; 4 brothers, James, Eli, Delmar, and Weldon Rawlins; 6 Sisters, Irene Rawlins, Audrey Rawlins, Virginia Rawlins, Tessie Fenwick, Mary Ella Rawlins, Jessie Smith.He is survived by his wife, Thelma Talley Rawlins; Son, Frankie Rawlins Jr. and wife Jody of Park Hills; 2 Daughters, Babette "Betty" Vines of Park Hills, and Regina Rawlins of Farmington. 4 Grandchildren, Paul Johnson and wife Lori, Brandi Hampton and husband Shane, Kyle Cosby, Chad Cosby and wife Kim; 12 Great-Grandchildren, 5 Great-Great-GrandchildrenVisitation is 12:00 PM Wednesday, August 17, 2011 atC. Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home Caldwell Chapel in Park Hills. Service is 2:00 PM Thursday August 18, 2011 at C. Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home Caldwell Chapel in Park Hills with Rev. Jerry Chaney and Rev. Wayne Baker officiating. Interment will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery, Leadington.
