Frankie Yvette Smith

Frankie Yvette Smith, age 57, of Bonne Terre formerly of Charleston, MO passed away Friday, March 31, 2023, at Jefferson Mercy in Festus. She was born Tuesday, July 29, 1965, in Sikeston, Mo to the late Charlie and Ruth Ann Sanford.

Frankie was a member of Prince of Peace Baptist church of Sikeston. She was an Entrepreneur who loved to cook, bake and create all kinds of arts and craft that she often turned into business opportunities. Frankie also did a lot of babysitting helping another entrepreneur, and was always working to further her education through courses she was taking.

Frankie is survived by her loving son’s: Donya Smith, Cornellius Smith (Jenny), and Cargin Smith (Marlena). Husband Billy Coleman, Grandchildren: Carree Smith, Jewel Smith, Sophia Marqua, Liam Marqua, and Cornellous Smith Jr., Canaysha Smith, Cloe Smith, Cherish Smith, and her great grandbaby Ryland Jones. Siblings, Earline Rhoden, William Smith, Howard Smith, and Ruth Ann Frazier (Greg). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family member and friends.

Memorial Service will be held at Mercy Seat Missionary Baptist Church on Saturday, April 22, 2023 at 1:00 PM. at 415 W. Marshall St. Charleston, MO 63834. Family has requested any flowers sent be purple in color in honor of Frankie. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of C.Z. Boyer & Son funeral home Bonne Terre, MO.
