Franklin D. Pinkston

Franklin Dean Pinkston, 82, of Bonne Terre, passed away Thursday, June 8, 2023, at his residence surrounded by his loving family. He was born Wednesday, July 17, 1940 in Farmington, to the late Curtis and Lottie (Byington) Pinkston. He was a member of the VFW Post 6883 in Bonne Terre. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his loving wife Charlotte (House) Pinkston; one son, Keith D. Pinkston; one brother Bob Pinkston.

Frank was a avid news watcher, he loved the outdoors and hunting with his buddy’s, but most importantly he loved spending time with his children, grandchildren and family.

Frank is survived by his three children; Kevin Pinkston, Debbie Vickery and husband Jim, Dana DeGonia and husband David; eight grandchildren, Jacob Comfort (Taylor), Brandon Vickery and wife Ashley, Bre’Anna Tubb and husband Cody, Mallory Dunn and husband Josh, Hillary Marler and husband Shae, Dalton Stephens (Finance Deanna), Kailee Stephens and Brayden DeGonia; eight great – grandchildren; one brother, Alan Pinkston (Helen). Frank will be dearly missed by all that knew and loved him.

Visitation will be held at CZ Boyer and Son Funeral Home in Bonne Terre, Monday, June 12, 2023, from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM. The visitation will resume Tuesday, June 13, 2023 at 9:00 AM until time of service of 11:00 AM with Pastor Chuck Lotz officiating. Burial will follow at Aulsbury Chapel Cemetery in Bonne Terre.
