Franklin "Jerry" Ward

Franklin "Jerry" Ward, 60, of Bonne Terre passed away December 8, 2014, surrounded by his loved ones. He was born August 31, 1954 in Ironton, to the late David Benjamin and Frances E. (Dalton) Ward. He is survived by his loving wife, Shirley (Uhl) Ward; son, Jerry Ward of Park Hills; daughter, Tracy (Larry) Griffin of Bonne Terre; six grandchildren, Brandon Uhl, Zachary Bertel, Cameron Ward, Brea Ward, Colton Griffin, and Cheyennea Griffin; one brother, David Ward, Jr. and wife Tammy of Ringold, GA; two sisters, Ann (Jerry) Turnbaugh, and Rose O'Neal, both of Farmington. Visitation will be held at C.Z. Boyer and Son Funeral Home in Desloge, Wednesday, December 10, 2014, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. The visitation will resume on Thursday at 9:00 AM, until service time at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow immediately to Adams Cemetery in Frankclay. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Shirley Ward, which will then be directed to a family friend, diagnosed with cancer.
