Gail Lynne Woods of Pilot Knob, Missouri passed away October 21, 2016 in Brentwood, Missouri at the age of 60 years. She was born April 17, 1956 in Ironton, Missouri the daughter of the late Garrell Stephen and Gloria Adele (Dettmer) Gardner. Gail is survived by children Andrea and husband, Jason Maddox of Kennett, Missouri, Kristen and husband, Josh Duncan of Clovis, New Mexico, Brooke and husband, Clint Thebeau of Farmington, Missouri, and Ryan Wigger of Farmington, Missouri. She is also survived by her significant other and beach buddy, Chris Wigger of Farmington, Missouri, her brother and sister-in-law, Gary and Carla Gardner of Ironton, Missouri, grandchildren; Patrick Maddox and Carter Maddox of Kennett, Missouri, Case Duncan and Reid Duncan of Clovis, New Mexico, and Maya Thebeau and Maks Thebeau of Farmington, Missouri and her very special niece, Kym and husband Tom Galbraith of St. Louis, Missouri, her aunt Patricia Dettmer of Pilot Knob, Missouri and a host of other relatives and many many friends. Gail was a 1974 graduate of Arcadia Valley High School. She received her Associates Degree in Business from Mineral Area College in 2002 She was employed by First State Community Bank serving our community for over 40 years. She started working for the bank through the business program at the Vo-tech school while she was still in high school. Over the years she was promoted and was serving as Executive Vice President of the Ironton Branch of First State Community Bank and was a Financial Services Representative for First State Financial Management when her illness forced her to retire. She was a member of Arcadia Valley United Methodist Church. She served as Secretary of the Arcadia Valley Alumni Association, Secretary of the Arcadia Valley Chamber of Commerce, and was a member of the Edgar Foundation Board and the Missouri Bankers Association. She also partnered with FSCB and the Arcadia Valley School System with the 21st Century After School Grant Program.
