Geraldine “Gerry” Mayberry 

            Gerry Mayberry, 80, of Park Hills, passed away November 18, 2018, at her residence, surrounded by loved ones. She was born July 9, 1938, in St. Louis, to the late Walter and Florence (Scheve) Obenhaus. Gerry loved shopping with her daughters, traveling, and spending time with her family. She was a wonderful mother and grandmother and loved helping others.

            She was preceded in death by her parents; and brother in-law, Vern Wood.

            Gerry is survived by her husband Lester “Corkey” Mayberry; three daughters, Tina Mayberry, June Calvert and husband Dave, Rhonda Horn and husband Eugene; five grandchildren, Jennifer, Jamie, Ben, Britany, and Ronnie; seven great-grandchildren, Scott, Trevor, Phoebe, Harvey, Makenzie, Derrick and Zoey; siblings, Walter Obenhaus and wife Terrye, Debbie Gregory and husband Al, and Joan Wood.

            Visitation will be held at C.Z. Boyer and Son Funeral Home in Desloge, Wednesday, November 21, 2018, from 10:00 AM until service time at 2:00 PM. Chaplain Allan Harmening will be officiating. Interment will follow at Parkview Cemetery in Farmington.
