Gilbert Harold Browning, Sr.

Gilbert Harold Browning Sr., formerly of Bismarck, Missouri passed away February 26, 2016 in West Frankfort, Illinois at the age of 85 years. He was born February 25, 1931 in Reynolds County, Missouri the son of the late Emmett and Bertha (Kent) Browning. Gilbert is survived by his son, Gilbert Browning Jr. and wife Dawn of West Frankfort, Illinois, his stepson Dickie Duke of Park Hills, Missouri, two sisters; Nola Fay Dunn of Farmington, Missouri, and Joyce Roark and husband John of Sullivan, Missouri, five grandchildren; Danielle, Shannon, Ryan, Kegan, and Megan, three great grandchildren as well as a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Gilbert was preceded in death by his wife, Geno Browning, his parents, and two brothers; Raymond and Richard Browning. Gilbert was a member of the First Baptist Church of Iron Mountain.
